Our
approach
We believe that the best health policy analysis is both technically rigorous and practically grounded. Our work is built on four principles that distinguish effective consulting from beautiful-but-unused models:
01
Question-led
We start with the decision that needs to be made, not the method we know best. The right tool is the one that answers the question with sufficient credibility and in the available time.
02
Context-aware
Our models account for implementation realities — supply chains, human resources, health-seeking behavior — because impact depends on the system, not just the intervention.
03
Transparent
Uncertainty is always present in modeling. We quantify it, communicate it clearly, and help partners make better decisions with it rather than despite it.
04
Action-oriented
Analysis that doesn't inform a decision isn't impact. Every project is designed with the end-user in mind — whether a ministry official, a donor, or a clinical program team.
